• Procurement of Garri as per the Quality required from the designated area • Onboard small scale Garri processors for supplies • Train and develop Processors who understand quality requirement of the Garri that is needed • Maintain good relationship with the processors and gain their trust and loyalty • Implement the Supplier support policies that the Company plans to implement • Achieve set targets of Quantity, Quality and Price in the Procurement of Garri • Map the Major Garri markets in the Area and have a price collection mechanism implemented
