Project Description: Airbnb Property Management Setup Overview This project involves the setup and management of a property listing on the Airbnb platform. The goal is to ensure that a designated property is registered, listed, and available for bookings within a 48-hour timeframe. The candidate will leverage the Airbnb app and follow specific guidelines to create an efficient and streamlined property management process. Project Goals • Successfully download and install the Airbnb app on a mobile device. • Retrieve and manage essential property information and images. • Complete the registration and listing process within the stipulated timeframe. • Ensure effective communication and management of guest inquiries and bookings. Key Deliverables 1. Mobile App Setup: • Download and install the Airbnb application on a mobile device. • Access and gather property information from the provided Notepad (.txt) file. • Download property images from the linked Google Drive folder. 2. Platform Registration: • Log in to the existing Airbnb account. • Utilize the “Airbnb your home” feature to initiate the listing process. • Verify the account using either Google sign-in or a phone number, if required. 3. Property Listings Creation: • Publish the property on Airbnb in compliance with platform guidelines. • Enable the "Approve all bookings" feature to manage reservation approvals effectively. 4. Property Management: • Manage inquiries, bookings, and availability updates through the Airbnb platform. • Collect and forward guest reservation details—including name, email, phone number, booking period, and payment information—in PDF format to the designated company. 5. Timeline and Submission: • Complete all tasks, including registration and publication, within 48 hours. • Send the property listing link to the company for verification. Support Throughout the project, the candidate will benefit from continuous support from the project team. This includes assistance with any challenges faced during registration, listing, or ongoing property management tasks.
