Description
We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening,interviewing, and hiring processes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about attracting the best talent.
Objectives of this role:
Work closely with us to gain a comprehensive of the Company's hiring needs for the vacant role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the recruiting lifecycle according to expectation
Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates
Responsibilities:
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Screen resumes and CV's and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Recruitment and Skills:
Proven working experience as a recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured/competency based)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong-decision making skills
Structured and organized
