We are seeking proactive individuals to join our Procurement Department as part-time Errand Runners and Representatives. As a key liaison between our company and local vendors, your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and efficient procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

📦 Assist in local errands such as picking up and delivering packages, documents, and supplies.

🤝 Serve as a representative of our company in your respective region, fostering positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

🔍 Conduct market research and vendor sourcing activities as directed by the Procurement team.

📑 Assist with paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

🌟 Residing in one of the specified regions: China, Taiwan, Macau, Hong Kong, Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Laos, or Vietnam.

🚗 Access to reliable transportation for errand-running activities.

💻 Basic proficiency in English for communication purposes.

📱 Availability to work on-demand, approximately twice to three times a week.
