The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in formulating and executing social media strategies that have yielded measurable growth. Responsibilities: Strategically develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest to significantly increase brand visibility and engagement. Manage the creation, scheduling, and analysis of all social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and business goals. Proactively monitor and report on social media performance, emphasizing metrics that demonstrate growth and engagement. Foster a positive community by engaging directly with customers and followers, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience with our brand. Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to leverage new social media marketing opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate social media with overall business strategies. Requirements: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager, with proven results in growing social media reach and engagement. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing social media KPIs, with a track record of making data-driven decisions to enhance content strategies. Strong ability to create compelling content for a variety of platforms, tailored to engage different audiences. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
