Amazon Customer Service Management involves weekly client meetings, monthly rating and review reports, monthly orders and monthly returns report. It also includes the supervision of generally all customer interactions in Amazon Seller Central as well as managing internal returns and refunds. This services also comes with the setting up of a CS process outline strategy.
- Client weekly meetings: Reporting on the major concerns we are seeing from customers, supervision of relevant KPIs
- Monitoring reviews, customer feedback, customer messages and create MCF orders tasks for Inventory when we need replacements done.
- Answering customer messages with a response time of 3 to 12 hours max.
- Monthly reports: Rating & Reviews, Orders & Returns
